Robin’s House rests on the banks of the Luangwa River under the shade of tall Mahogany, Ebony and Sausage trees with views out towards South Luangwa National Park. The house was the original home of the owners of Robin Pope Safaris before being converted into a private two bed roomed house that is ideal for small families or couples travelling together.
The house is close to Nkwali Camp and is also situated in the game management area. The house comes with its own kitchen, chef, valet, safari guide and dedicated game drive vehicle so guests are in complete control of their safari experience.
The house has a large central living area with very comfortable sofa’s and a small reference library. The dining area has a table for meals that can be carried out onto the deck for dinners under the stars.
Bedrooms at Robin’s House comprise one with a double bed and the other with three single beds all with their own mosquito nets. The single beds can be made up into a double. Both of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with vanity basins, bath & shower.
Outside is a private deck that looks out onto the Luangwa River, this is a shaded area that s perfect for afternoons relaxing or outside meals. A small swimming pool is built into the deck and has sun-loungers too.
Guests have a choice of activities being walking safaris and day or night game drives. The walking safaris are led by a guide and an armed scout.
Set your own pace here and do as you like when it suits you. This is great flexibility for a family or small group of friends. Children of all ages are welcome.
